This year, we're offering you a new way to experience the life of the estate through a variety of visits and events over the course of a weekend. This year's event will give you the opportunity to discover the highlights in the life of the estate and its wines. Young and old, connoisseurs and amateurs alike, there's something for everyone. Feel free to combine different activities to create your own tailor-made Open House. If you'd like to extend your stay, we can also provide you with addresses of nearby B&Bs and hotels to complete your Alsatian weekend.

Cellar tasting from 10am to 5pm
Crémant tasting workshop at 10 a.m., lasting 2 hours, on reservation, places limited.
Wine and food pairing meal "Un printemps au Domaine" with caterer La Palette at 12:30 p.m., €34 per person, reservation required, places limited.
Vineyard walk on the theme of planting and biodiversity at 3 p.m., booking required.

Sunday, May 17, 2026 program
Tasting in the cellar from 10am to 5pm
Vineyard tour with aperitif in the morning at 10, 10:30 or 11 am, then in the afternoon at 2, 2:30, 3 or 3:30 pm, on reservation.
Visit of the press and crémant cellar in the morning at 10:30 or 11:30 am, then in the afternoon at 2:30 or 3:30 pm, on reservation.
Visit the workshop in the morning at 10:45 or 11:45, then in the afternoon at 14:00, 15:00 or 15:45, on reservation.
Introductory wine-tasting workshop with Philovins at 3pm, on reservation, places limited.
Music and dance entertainment by the Thierstein Hüpfer group

Lunch in the courtyard of the estate from 12 noon to 2 p.m. with La Palette caterer, priced at €27 per person, on reservation (places are limited).
