The Fromager's Brunch is an invitation to take time out and enjoy a gourmet experience at the heart of the Qui l'Èut Cru cheese dairy. Conceived as a warm and generous moment, this brunch offers home-cooked, seasonal cuisine inspired by the world of cheese and the products carefully selected by the company.
Served by the plate, brunch features sweet and savory treats, unlimited hot drinks and gourmet creations prepared with passion. There's no buffet here, just a tasting experience that highlights flavors, craftsmanship and conviviality. Each appointment is designed as a gourmet interlude, to be shared in a relaxed, authentic atmosphere.
Two formulas are available to suit all tastes. The first offers a balanced, gourmet brunch to get the day off to a good start. Home-pressed smoothie-style fruit juices open the tasting, accompanied by unlimited coffees, teas, infusions and hot chocolates. There's also bread, pastries, churned butter, homemade jams, the emblematic honey "sur les toits", homemade yoghurt, a selection of mature cheeses and organic, plant-based granola with fresh fruit. This first formula is priced at €38 (+€3.50 plant-based latte).
The second formula extends the experience with an even more generous, gourmet dimension. In addition to the elements of the first formula, it offers elaborate savory plates, combining seasonal products and cheese inspirations. The tasting continues with a brouillade with bacon chips, a warm creation based on red rice with herbs accompanied by smoked trout and a lemony yoghurt sauce, followed by a sweet touch of toasted almonds. For those who prefer, a small glass of wine can accompany the meal. This second formula is priced at 45€ (+3.50€ vegetable latte).
Offered on several dates throughout February, March and April, the Brunch du Fromager is a regular fixture for lovers of fine produce, the curious and epicureans in search of a different experience, between counter and plate.
