The €38 set menu includes a fresh-squeezed seasonal fruit juice, unlimited hot beverages including coffee, tea, latte macchiato, hot chocolate, Golden, Ube, Matcha, Chai, and Black Sesame Latte made with plant-based milk, a pastry, crispy toast served with churned butter and jam, a faisselle from Le Fromager with honey, a platter of aged cheeses served with fall fruits, and a vegetarian sweet potato mafé, prepared with carrots, red beans, peanut sauce, and ginger, served with white long-grain rice.
The €45 set includes a house-pressed seasonal fruit juice, unlimited hot beverages including coffee, tea, latte macchiato, hot chocolate, Golden, Ube, Matcha, Chai, and Black Sesame Lattes made with plant-based milk, a pastry, crispy toast with churned butter and jam, a small bowl of creamy semolina pudding with milk and fresh seasonal fruit, a cheese board featuring aged cheeses paired with fall fruits, a vegetarian mafé with sweet potatoes, carrots, red kidney beans, peanut and ginger sauce, served with white long-grain rice, and a dessert from Le Fromager.
